The Sui Lab is located in the Department of Chemistry at University of North Dakota. Research in the lab involves broad interdisciplinary fields of organic synthesis, polymer chemistry, materials science, nanotechnology, cellular biology, and animal research. We aim to utilize organic chemistry tools to synthesize functionalized small-molecule probes and polymers, construct smart nanosystems, and develop advanced therapeutic and diagnostic, or theranostic, techniques for biomedical applications, especially for the treatment of malignant cancers and neurological diseases.
